Our Founder.

As President of First Response Media, I bring over a decade of frontline experience in broadcast journalism, including 11 years in television news and recognition as an Edward R. Murrow Award-winning storyteller. That foundation shapes how I approach crisis communications today, with a deep understanding of how information moves, how narratives form, and how quickly public perception can shift.

Throughout my career, I’ve covered high-pressure, high-visibility events where accuracy, speed, and clarity were non-negotiable. That experience now directly informs my work with government agencies and law enforcement, helping them communicate effectively during critical incidents, leadership challenges, and rapidly evolving situations.

I specialize in crisis communications, public safety messaging, and strategic media production, working alongside leadership teams to ensure messaging is aligned, controlled, and credible from the outset. I understand both sides of the media landscape, how agencies operate internally and how stories unfold externally, which allows me to anticipate risk, guide messaging, and support confident decision-making.
